  How do I make a reservation?

  To make a reservation with one of our 4 or 5 star Jurys Hotels, you can book securely on our website or directly with one of our hotels



  Are the prices quoted per room or per person?

  All prices detailed are per room per night. When booking packages, the price may also include additional products or privileges. These additional items will be highlighted in the rate description when booking the package.




  Is breakfast included?

  Breakfast is only included where it is stated as being included in the rate description.




  What is the Lowest Rate Guarantee?

  We guarantee that for any hotel reservation made on jurysdoyle.com you will not find a lower room rate publicly available on the Internet for that same room type in the same Jurys Doyle Hotel on the same date requested! If, having made a booking on a Jurys Doyle branded website, you should find a lower publicly available price, for the same room at the same hotel, elsewhere on the internet within 24 hours of booking, we will honour that rate.   What should I do it I find a lower price somewhere else?

  If you do find a lower price on another site within 24 hours of booking you should complete our lowest rate guarantee form. We will investigate the rate and endeavour to come back to you within 24 hours. Click here for more details.




  Why do you need my credit card details?

  Credit card details are used as a reservation guarantee. Bookings may be cancelled up to 2pm on the day of arrival. If you cancel the booking after this time the credit card will be charged for the first night of your stay.
Please note that if you have booked a "Buy Now Save Later" or a "JD Last Minute Special" rate, your booking cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded and full pre-payment may be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. In the event of a non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for this stay.




  How will I know my booking is confirmed?

  When you have completed the booking process you will reach the booking confirmation page. This includes your reservation details as well as a confirmation number.  You should keep a note of this number as it can be used to view your booking online.

You will also receive booking confirmation by email. This will include your reservation details and a confirmation number.




  Will I receive written confirmation of my reservation?

  If you have made a reservation online you will receive an email confirmation. Written confirmations are only sent if requested when making a booking over the telephone. 




  Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

  If bookings are cancelled after 4pm on the day before arrival, the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.

Please note that if you have booked a "Buy Now Save Later" or a "JD Last Minute Special" rate, special terms and conditions apply. Your booking cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded and full pre-payment may be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. In the event of a non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for this stay.




  There is a mistake in my confirmation / I want to amend my booking.

  To amend your booking, please contact the hotel directly.  Please have your booking details and confirmation number ready before calling. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the room rate of the original booking will still be available at this time.



  Can I request adjoining rooms?

  Adjoining rooms can be requested in the Special Requirement section of the booking form. Please note that all requests will be passed to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed. Availability will be subject to demand on the day of arrival.




  Can I request a smoking room?

  Smoking rooms can be requested by selecting that option on the booking form. Please note that all requests will be passed to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed. Availability will be subject to demand on the day of arrival. 

Jurys Bristol Hotel, Jurys Washington Hotel and Jurys Boston Hotel are completely non smoking hotels.




  How many children to a room?

  A maximum of two children can stay in a room with an adult(s). Children are persons twelve years or younger.

2 children under 12 may share free with two adults at the following hotels: Jurys Cork Hotel, Jurys Bristol Hotel, Jurys Croke Park Hotel.

1 child under 12 may share free with 2 adults at the following hotels when existing bedding is used: Jurys Kensington Hotel, Jurys Clifton Ford Hotel & Health Club, Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel.  If additional beds are required, extra charges may apply.




  Are there cots available?

  Cots and cribs can be selected in the Special Request section on the booking form.




  Do the hotels accept animals?

  Animals are not permitted on the premises with the exception of guide dogs.




  Are there certain dates that the property is not open?

  Opening times vary by property. It will not be possible to book a room in the hotel if it is not open. To check whether the property you are interested in is open during a holiday period please contact the hotel directly.




  I've made a booking but would like to extend my stay.

  To amend your booking please contact the hotel directly. Please have your reservation number available when calling. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the room rate of the original booking will still be available at this time.
Alternatively you may cancel your original booking and make a new reservation that includes the additional nights.




  Are children welcome at all properties?

  2 children under 12 may share free with two adults at the following hotels:  Jurys Cork Hotel, Jurys Bristol Hotel, Jurys Croke Park Hotel.

  What is the cancellation procedure?

  Reservations can be cancelled up to 4pm on the day before arrival by contacting by selecting Cancel/Amend Bookings or contacting the hotel directly. Please have your reservation details when calling.

If you fail to cancel your booking before 4pm on the day before arrival your credit card will be charged for the first night of your stay.

  I can’t find the dates I am looking for, what should I do?

  If you cannot find your desired dates on the website this probably means that there is no availability at that property. If you contact the property directly, it may be possible to secure a final room.

If staying in Dublin, London or Washington why not check availability in the other Jurys Doyle properties in the city.




  The website is not working correctly, what should I do?

  If you are having difficulty making a booking on the site please return to the site later that day, if possible. In instances of technical difficulty we endeavour to correct the problem as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.

  Are taxes / service charges included in the total quote?

  Please note that unless otherwise indicated, all rates at The Westbury Hotel are subject to an additional 15% service charge.  This charge is not included in the Total Rate quoted and is payable on check out.  Service at all other properties is at the discretion of the guest.

Bookings for properties in the US and London do not include taxes.




  Are booking fees charged?

  No booking fees are charged.




  Is it safe to use my credit card?

  Our website uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol to protect your online transaction. Secure Sockets Layer is a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. This allows your computer to communicate with our server in a way that is designed to prevent tampering or message forgery. Your credit card number is also "one-way" encrypted as it enters our databases. This means that it cannot be read from the database by our staff. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when making reservations at this website.




  Do you require payment of a deposit?

  Deposits are not required for our fully flexible rates.

  What time is check in / check out?

  Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 12.




  What time is breakfast / lunch / dinner?
