Graduates from a wide range of disciplines are invited to apply for this programme, which provides exciting opportunities and challenges, leading to full-time management positions for successful participants.

Applications are now being accepted for the Graduate Programme (application deadline will be Wenesday 30th April 2008).

During this 18 month programme, Graduates are placed in one of the Company's properties where they are given the opportunity to experience all aspects of our business.

The initial 6 months of the Programme is spent getting to know Jurys Doyle standards and systems from an operations view point.  During this period, time is spent in a number of positions to get a real overview of the business.  In addition to the many work based experiences each Graduate will have, they will also undertake a range of applied courses during the first 6 months in the areas of Customer Care, Revenue Management, Risk Management, and Team Leadership.

The final 12 months of the programme is spent gaining experience in a specialist area of the Graduate's choice (the area of speciality is decided either at interview stage or through the Graduate's Personal Development Plan, which is created during the first 6 months of the programme).  Also during the final 12 months, the Graduate will complete the Jurys Doyle ILM Certificate in Frontline Management.

The programme offers study opportunities - subject to availability - in the following areas:

  • Operations (for graduates interested in developing to senior and general hotel management)
  • Sales and marketing
  • Human resources
  • Information technology
  • Accounts and finance

For a sucessful graduate, this programme offers a fast-track route to management. Have you got what it takes?
