Trainee manager development
This trainee management programme is aimed at recent school leavers who are interested in progressing to management positions. Further study is undertaken through day release programmes and tutorials, although full training and mentoring is provided for all recruits.
Supervisory management development
This supervisory management skills programme is a modular course, provided on a regional basis, which leads to a certificate for successful candidates.
This is a human resources programme which facilitates the ever-changing training needs of the manager within the personnel function. It provides essential skills and knowledge on employee relations and legislation.
The General Management Development Programme is a professional advancement programme targeted at senior and deputy managers within the company who wish to become general managers. Entry to this programme is by invitation only.
