A loyal, kind and bubbly character, Helen is renowned for her dedication, reliability, steady approach and, most importantly, her friendly, warm nature that has made her a firm favourite with colleagues and customers alike over the years.
Helen has spent more than a decade at the Burlington. She took up the position of receptionist on the busy front desk in 1997 and hasn't looked back since. When asking Helen what she enjoys most about the job, she commented:
"There is a great team spirit on the front desk, which creates an enjoyable atmosphere to work in."
Helen is very well-known to all of our regular guests and she enjoys hearing feedback from them. She believes, as all good receptionists do, that she is an ambassador for the hotel, and even if she is having a bad day, that is not what the guests should see. She always tries to be happy because that is what the customers deserve.
